  • website usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, session information, approximate location data, and browsing behaviour collected through cookies or similar technologies, including Google Analytics, where applicable;

  • CCTV images where you enter monitored service areas or pick-up locations, if such monitoring is in place.

  • directly from you when you contact us, place an order, create an account, request a quote, subscribe to marketing emails, or use our services; 
  • when you communicate with us through email, Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook; 
  • from someone acting on your behalf, such as a business customer, employer, property manager, host, hotel, apartment operator, or booking contact; 
  • automatically through our website, hosting environment, and systems, including standard technical logs, cookies, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, where applicable; 
  • through service providers and platforms we use to operate our business, such as Stripe, GoDaddy, LinenTech, Google services, and email systems; 
  • through CCTV at monitored entrances or service points, where applicable.

a) To provide our services and perform a contract

  • arrange linen rental, delivery, collection, returns, and related customer support;

  • process payment transactions through Stripe; 
  • communicate with you about your order, account, delivery, collection, or service issues; 
  • manage our operational systems, including through LinenTech and related business tools. 

Legal basis: performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

  • Google and Gmail, including Google Analytics, for business email, productivity, website analytics, communications, website-related services, and other business operations; 
  • WhatsApp for communications with customers and service contacts; 
  • Instagram and Facebook where you contact us through those platforms or engage with our business pages; 
  • IT, software, hosting, and support providers; 
  • accountants, auditors, insurers, legal advisers, and debt recovery providers; 
  • logistics, delivery, and collection personnel or service partners;

Where FreshStay Linens operates monitored entrances, service points, or similar facilities, CCTV may be used for:

  • incident investigation; 
  • protection of property, staff, and customers. 

Where CCTV is used, appropriate signage should be displayed. CCTV footage will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, unless longer retention is required in connection with an incident, complaint, or legal claim.
